D&AD

A refreshing way to help young talent get into the industry.

Getting into the creative industry is difficult – 3/4 design graduates do not go onto a creative career. Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness wanted to help create more opportunity, and highlight its own commitment to young talent. Partnering with D&AD and Ubrew, a subscription-based brewer, we created a new competition – The Creative Crate. Six bespoke beers, six bottle label designs, all created in response to six creative principles. Winners were then revealed at D&AD New Blood - literally putting student work into the hands of the industry elite.
